Hey, Big Pharma! Do You Remember Big Tobacco?
Yeah, Big Tobacco. You know, just like you all: arrogant as hell; had the world on a string; never lost a lawsuit (until they lost one, and every one since); finally agreed on a settlement, paying many billions to the states in order to be left alone (and then got double-crossed). Uh-huh, those guys.Why do I bring this up now? Because your day is about over. Oh, it'll be the weaker sisters who'll be brought down first. Who are they? Why the vaccine manufacturers, of course. Because it will be soon public knowledge what is understood now but not acknowledged. What? Why, autism... MMR... thimerosal... you know. Nonsense, you say. There's Dr. Thorson's famed Danish Study. Like Climategate, though, the stated conclusion does not follow from true data. Just another fraud. And that's only part of what will be coming out. Oh, those punative damages. Criminal charges too. How do the relatively minor sins of Enron compare to, say, autism? How many years did those guys get?
Once the bones of the vaccine makers have been picked clean, the legal buzzards will notice your extremely deep pockets.
Oh, don't expect your bought and paid for federal friends, the FDA and congress, to stick by you. Those people have all the loyalty of a Judas goat. Well, no, not that much.
You shouldn't put too much faith in those statements of side effects either. Recall that the tobacco folks happily printed those "Surgeon General Warnings" on every pack. But juries just weren't impressed.
