O = W
"O = W." I haven't seen one yet but I have read that it is a popular bumper-sticker. Neither have I seen the one about this being Bush's third term, but I've heard about it as well.
Dubya's huge deficits have already been eclipsed by Obama.
Bush's "less" wars (pointless, meaningless, endless) now belong to Obama. And, regardless of his recent rhetoric (to say nothing of his campaign promises), there is no end in sight.
Whomever these wars are being fought for, it, for sure, is not us.
So, what are we to conclude? Obviously, the fact is that the people who owned Bush also own Obama.
They Can't Lie About This
Nope. This is history. Those those global warmer types can't lie away the Medieval Warm Period. And there were few people and no technology to blame it on. Global temps were higher then than any we've had recently
We're in a cycle. We're in a big cycle. We're in a little cycle within the big cycle shown on the graph above. These smaller cycles have a period if about sixty to sixty-five years. There's a cool period of thirty years or a little more followed by a warming period of about the same length. The blizzard of 1887 occurred during a cooling period as did the blizzard of 1949. This one bottomed out in the seventies, and the warming began.
Now, it is looking like we're entering a cooling period. There was a little snow today in this area. It wasn't much and while not unheard of at this time of year, it was unusual. But Houston had snow today too-- up to five inches in some neighborhoods. In Houston it was the earliest ever.
